HS 101:
- Ms. Wood helped you to create note/flash cards for our words for this week. We have to keep trying until we find a system that works for you in order to find continuous success.

LITERATURE:
- We had a test on our short stories for the unit on Innocence, “The Sniper” and “The Scarlet Ibis.” The test was open-book and open-study guide. I hope you were prepared for class today so that you did not miss out on this opportunity to do well.
- On p. 343 of the literature book, you were assigned a reading/note-taking activity with reading strategies for non-fiction literature. You should read that section and make an outline of the information. Make your headings the titles of your topic lines, then paraphrase the rest of the information (write it in your own words).
HOMEWORK:
- Vocabulary Activities for Unit 4:
- CS (1, 2, 5, 9, 12)
- SA (2, 4, 12, 17, 20)
- CRW (4, 7, 10, 14, 17)
- VC (1, 4, 5)
- Finish p. 343 in not completed in class after the test.
